WOL through FVS318

Hello,

WOL works fine within LAN, but it doesn't from the internet.
I have a DSL Modem > going to Netgear FVS318 and then LAN computers.
I have setup port forwarding on port 7 from DSL modem to FVS318, and port (7) forwarding in FVS318 to 192.168.0.254 (as the router doesn't allow me to forward to 192.168.0.255).
The WOL still doesn't work.
Any ideas?
